Unusual Presentation of Musculoskeleton Pain

Complex regional pain syndrome is a disorder which is identified by clinical diagnosis. It causes immense disability after a neurological insult. It also impacts the psychological behavior of the patient. A clear history taking and clinical examination with the previous underlining muscular skeleton disorder helps in the diagnosis. The recent advancements in the management of this syndrome helped us in diagnosis and treat of our patient.
