Author Guidelines

Authors can download IARS' Research Manuscript Template .

The manuscript should follow minimum IEEE standards of formatting, added with the extended requirements of IARS' Research Manuscript Format as covered in its official format/template. The manuscript must contain TITLE, ABSTRACT, Keywords, and INTRODUCTION in the beginnnig of the manuscript, all in Roman Script and REFERENCES section in the end of the manuscript presented in Roman Script.

The author(s) should define all symbols used in the abstract. They should not cite references in the abstract. References in IARS' International Research Journal should be listed preferably in MLA format. Web-links should be mentiooned clearly for the online available references.

All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes, in case of detection at any point of time. Authors are forbidden to publish same research in more than one journal. They should not submit an article that is already published or submitted for consideration before any other journal. Information on financial support should be provided by authors in appropriate column offered at the time of submission of article in Journal Management System of IARS' International Research Journal.

Authors should also go through the Constitution of the Journal,  Criteria of Authorship,  Code of Ethics, and other policies and procedures of the Journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This is informed that submission of Article to IARS' International Research Jorunal is FREE of COST. There is NO SUBMISSION FEE, NO ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES, NO ADMINISTRATION CHARGES, NO SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES or any other charges for authors for submitting or publishing with this Journal.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • A complete list of reference in Roman Script has been provided in the end of the article. Where available, URLs and DOI for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes, in case of detection at any point of time.
  • Submitter/Author(s) has(ve) read and understood all terms and conditions including Copyright & License Policy of the Journal. Specifically, Works published in the Journal will be distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) wherease the reference list published with the articles shall be available under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0), Public Domain Dedication.
  • All Terms and Conditions about submission and publishing with IARS' International Research Journal on its official site and other sources have been gone through, understood, and accepted.
  • With submission, this is declared that the submitter has all rights of the content, and to submit it. Also the submitter affirms that the rights of the submitted content are hereby shared with IARS' international Research Journal and its parent company/publisher, without objections or conditions.
